Well, she does sing the song, but the character, as any hardcore fan would say, is not the Vocaloid. She's just known as Black Rock Shooter.
Confusing, what with the looks and all, but yeah. Check out the OVA, it might make a little more sense then... But perhaps not. -laughs-
